Throughout the duration of the Mademoiselle Privé exhibition, CHANEL invites you to learn more about craftsmanship with Lesage and Lemarié about how to embroider, work with feathers and create flowers.

The secrets of CHANEL N°5 can also be discovered through an olfactive workshop.

The workshops will take place four times a day at 10.00am, 12.00pm, 2.30pm and 4.30pm. There will be an extra session every Wednesday at 6.30pm.
Bookings can be made up to one week in advance and two complimentary tickets will be available per booking.

Lesage, embroiderer

Lesage has been creating opulent embroidery requiring countless hours of work and exceptional skills for Haute Couture, Ready-to-Wear and accessories since its creation in 1924. The company founded an embroidery school in 1992 that welcomes those who are passionate about embroidery from all over the world. Lesage became part of CHANEL’s Métiers d’art in 2002.

Lesage invites you to discover more about its savoir-faire during the workshops at Saatchi Gallery through an introduction to embroidery.

LEMARIÉ, FEATHER AND FLOWER MAKER

Founded in 1880, specialised in feather and flower creations for luxury fashion houses, Lemarié produces handmade flowers, such as CHANEL’s iconic camellias. Lemarié's expertise also encompasses dressmaking in its truly unique workshop where smocking, pleats and ruffles are elaborately handcrafted at the request of the most prestigious houses in fashion. Lemarié joined CHANEL’s Métiers d’art in 1996.
